Lips are an essential part of a face. I always feel that a bright lip can make anyone look all dolled up! Obviously, I'm a big fan of the bold lips and nude colors are not my forte. HOWEVER, I can appreciate a glossy nude lip with a smokey eye as much as the next girl. Here's my list of my favorites so far, but YOU ALL KNOW... more will be coming.

These are my favorites because of various reasons : Pigment, Color choice, Texture.
PRO TIP : I often use more than one product on my lips, mixing and matching to create new textures, new colors or change the end result. HAVE FUN! It's like painting, ADULT STYLE.

To me, Red is classic, always elegant, always beautiful and a must have in every woman's makeup bag. It's all about the tone and most woman have yet to find the perfect one. Here are a list of my favorites. Try one, I know you'll like it.

I know this is one expensive baby, however, I have yet to find a red that compares. Simple perfection! So vibrant with a perfect blue undertone.

Berry lips are my Fall/Winter faves. They always create a nice sexy, sultry look and really do take an outfit from day to night. Always chic, a must have!

This applicator is amazing. Makes application easy and allows the product to glide on the lips.

I am a huge fan of any blue undertone lipsticks, so naturally pink is a go-to. I love a nice punch of color as well as a more natural pink.

$ - Colourpop Lippie Stick in Mirror Mirror (Part of the Over Brunch Bundle) (5,50$ USD /each)
This was a brand I really wanted to try for a while. I was pleasantly surprised by the pigment and hold of the Matte Lippie Sticks. Huge plus : THEY ARE SO AFFORDABLE.

$$ - Laura Mercier Velour Lover Lip Colour in Boudoir (32$)
I love love LOVE this texture. It's not a matte but it's not creamy. It's the perfect mix of both. The stay is incredible and I have yet to find a more amazing Fuchsia.

$$$ - Armani Beauty Lip Magnet in #510 (46$)
This formula is lightweight and confortable. The dark pink is perfect for an every day, natural look.

I have recently learned to love a more natural nude lip. It's not my favorite, however it is always a great option when opting for an intense eye look.

$ - MAC Matte lipstick in Twig (21$)
I found this color because of MAC's Senior Artist. She shared it on Instagram and it has since then been my go-to nude lipstick.

This is a best seller at MAC, and to me it's the perfect combinaison of brown and nude. Love it!

These lipsticks have an great texture and are a favorite of mine (I use them a lot for weddings, proms). Each color has a different undertone:  from light nude (Barbara) to a more warm nude (Apoline), to a pink (Anita), finishing with a mauve (Anna).

Here are some other lip glosses that didn't make it into my top 4 blog post. For my official Top Glosses, check out my previous post!

$ - Sephora Collection Glossy Lip Balm in Earth Angel (8$)
These glosses were a revelation. They have great nude color choices and are super affordable.

$$ - Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Gloss in St-Tropez (23$)
I chose this at checkout as one of my Sephora rewards. I had never tried these glosses and immediately loved the color, the texture and the fact that they do not bleed.

$$$ - Dior Addict Lip Glow Pommade in Universal Pink (41$)
THIS IS A FAVORITE of mine. It's similar to the Becca Cosmetics in the feel, almost oily and it works with your natural skin PH to deliver a natural pinkish color.
